Credits in ORMY represent the number of actions or tasks you can perform per month. A task = one review or one reply. For example, each time you successfully analyze reviews, generate responses, bulk-import responses to automatically post as replies to reviews through the application, one credit is deducted from your available balance per each review analyzed or response generated or reply posted. The total number of credits you receive per month is determined by your active subscription plan:Lite Mode: 5,000 credits; Xpress Mode: 10,000 credits; Pro Mode: 15,000 credits; Boss Mode: 30,000 credits; Super Mode: 75,000 credits; Ultima Mode: 100,000 credits

If you exhaust your available credits before the end of your monthly billing period, you will not be able to analyze reviews, generate responses or post additional replies using the ORMY Bulk Replier until your credits refresh at the start of the next billing cycle. To avoid interruptions, consider Upgrading to a plan with a higher credit allowance OR Contact Support to discuss options for purchasing additional credits. Monitoring your credit usage regularly on the dashboard can help you manage your tasks effectively.

To connect your Trustpilot account:Go to TrustPilot Integration. Enter your Trustpilot API credentials (API Key, API Secret, Business Unit ID) in the provided fields. Click "Connect Trustpilot Account" to authenticate. Once connected to Trustpilot, you can select the Trustpilot platform and click "Load Reviews." The system retrieves the latest reviews (up to 50) from Trustpilot. Reviews that have already been replied to are disabled in the selection list. Select multiple reviews to reply to and enter a reply message. A "Select All" option is available to quickly select all unreplied reviews.

No, once you've connected your accounts and configured your settings, your information is securely saved. You do not need to reconnect or reconfigure each time you log in. Your selected business review page remain saved, ensuring a seamless experience each time you use the ORMY Bulk Replier.

Each instance (e.g. analyze reviews or generated responses, or import and bulk reply) can take a few seconds to three minutes to complete depending on the size of your data.

Best Method: You can analyze an unlimited number of customer reviews at once with the "Import Reviews and Analyze" feature as this is the best method. Not recommended: If you enter a Google Maps Place ID and clicked the "Analyze Google Reviews" button, this method will analyze only the newest 5 reviews of your Google Business Profile. We recommend exporting your customer reviews from any review platform like Google, TrustPilot, or Facebook page, etc. and import it into ORMY to analyze them (this method supports unlimited number of review analyses, responses generation, and downloadable reports).

Yes, the ORMY Bulk Replier will skip reviews that you have already replied. This ensures that your ORMY credits are not deducted for reviews that you have replied before. Only reviews with no existing replies will be processed, helping you save money on bulk review management.

The CSV file you will import into the bulk replier must contain three columns: Platform, Review ID, Response. Example: trustpilot,1234567890,Thank you for your feedback!. Trust Pilot has an ID for each customer review, so when you export your customer reviews from TrustPilot, their corresponding IDs are included as well. Now you should go to ORMY analysis tool, import the CSV file containing your customer Reviews each with it corresponding ID, and click Import and Analyze Reviews. Once the analysis process is completed, click Generate Responses and wait for a download prompt. Then you can download or export the file as it will now contain a third column called Responses. In ORMY Bulk Replier, Connect your platform and go to Import and Manage Replies, select TrustPilot, Load Reviews, and bulk "Select All" the reviews that have no replies yet. Finally you should import your ORMY downloaded file into the bulk replier and wait for it to complete its job within 1 to 3 minutes.
