Novassium - Terms of Use

The following terms apply to all users of our AI image generation service, Novassium.

Restricted Content

To maintain a safe and ethical platform, Novassium strictly prohibits the generation of the following types of content:

Adult/explicit material, including pornography and certain contexts of nudity.
Content depicting extreme violence, gore, self-harm, or terrorism.
Hate speech or discriminatory imagery that is racist, sexist, or extremist.
Illegal activities, such as drug use or counterfeit documents.
Direct reproduction of copyrighted or trademarked material, including brands, logos, and celebrities for malicious use.
Misinformation, such as deepfakes or content intended to deceive.
Shocking or disturbing content, including body horror or grotesque imagery.

Prohibited Prompts

Users may not submit prompts intended to generate restricted content. Examples of banned prompts include:

“Make a violent crime scene.”
“Generate a fake passport.”
“Create a Nazi propaganda poster.”
“Show [celebrity] in an explicit situation.”

Consequences of Violation

Attempts to generate restricted content may result in the following actions:

The prompt may be automatically blocked by our system.
A filtered or watermarked image may be returned instead of the desired output.
Repeated violations of these terms could lead to a temporary or permanent account suspension.

Order Fulfilment & Refund Policy

Order Fulfilment

Our flagship product, Novassium, is a digital service. Access is typically delivered via email within 30 minutes after your order is successfully placed and processed by Credit/Debit card.

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate allocation of image generation / cloud computing resources upon placing an order, we cannot guarantee a refund after 24 hours. In the very rare case that we fail to deliver access to the service within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.
